- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates are based on the needs for my services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first talk to new customers to find out what their needs are and their expectations from me. Based on the need for my service, I can offer discounts and let them know what is expected of them as well. Upon agreement of the work to be done, I will schedule to start my services which will be convenient with the customer and based on my availability.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took 18 units in Ph.D. in Statistics from the University of the Philippines, ending semester in 2002. I keep abreast of new textbooks being used, go to conferences/read manuscripts of conferences about statistics and statistical work done in the fields of education and research. Statistical conferences were also useful to see various data treatments being used.
