What a smooth experience we had. Always nervous when you don't know what a problem could be, but JD calmly assessed the situation with my fridge, and as it turns out recommended that it might be time to invest in an update over repairs. He was thorough, polite and efficient. I now have a new fridge and it was the right thing to do. I will be calling on JD for any further appliance issues. He is trustworthy. Thank you!
