I had a leak in my refrigerator and JD was able to fix it within about 40 minutes. I appreciate the fast turn around on the fix. I was not available to discuss the repairs when he was done so he sent me photos of the work. Day of, it would’ve been good to have some communication about when he was on the way since you’re provided a 3 hour arrival time window.

What a smooth experience we had. Always nervous when you don't know what a problem could be, but JD calmly assessed the situation with my fridge, and as it turns out recommended that it might be time to invest in an update over repairs. He was thorough, polite and efficient. I now have a new fridge and it was the right thing to do. I will be calling on JD for any further appliance issues. He is trustworthy. Thank you!

He came and fixed an issue with water leaking in the freezer. He even educated us on why that would happen and how to prevent it. Definitely would hire for future jobs

Joseph was AMAZING! Took his time to identify the problem and was able to get my dishwasher up and running again after thorough work. He also addressed my fridge that had been leaking water. I now have a go to appliance tech!
