I needed repair for my Whirlpool microwave and Mr. JD responded to my Thumbtack request very quickly. I asked for 11/24 after 12:00 and he responded he was available. He was punctual, friendly and repaired the issue quickly. He also went a step further as I had another issue that was non appliance related though that was not in my request. He let me know why it didn't work and that was very sound information for me. I would truly recommend JD appliance for your repair (s).

JD Appliance repair team was professional and timely with the oven ignition issue I was having. They did a great job also identifying the water dispenser issue with the fridge. Thank you for the help and will call next time when there are problems with appliances at the house.
