I needed a balloon arch with some customization with only two days notice. Chic Events did not take opportunity of this short notice to inflate prices nor deliver a less than product. She was professional, willing and exceeded all my expectations. A number of people mentioned how courteous she was...and that matters. Her work was done efficiently and demonstrated excellence.
