Toni and her team at DreamSceneLLC totally delivered for me! I hired them to add a backdrop in the atrium of the hotel where my husband’s Army retirement celebration was held 12 Sept 2026 and they delivered. Toni was very responsive and professional providing mock ups of my vision, we were able to settle on a beautiful design that worked with my budget and it was executed well. She was punctual for setup and breakdown. I highly recommend this vendor!

This was the absolute best experience - I wasn’t exactly looking for a huge, elaborate set up, and I found that other companies couldn’t help me, but Dreamscene was super flexible and helped me with the best balloon set ups, and was really accommodating in the materials. She set everything up perfectly and spruced up a whole ballroom for a birthday, and had a really good eye. I would absolutely hire her again for future parties!!

Our family suffered a tragic loss this year and have been reeling from it. I can’t thank the DreamScene team enough for the amazing K-pop Demon Hunter setup they did for my nieces birthday. It was a very last minute booking and they absolutely made it stunning. It was a massive load lifted off our shoulders and we received endless compliments on it. The team was very responsive and easy to work with. Thank you for making a little girls birthday so special on a hard day. Please know that your work brings so much happiness to those that use your services even amidst the most difficult times of their lives. We will absolutely use their services again.

Details: Birthday party • 25 guests or fewer • 12 years old or younger • Balloon columns • Balloon arches • Balloon structures • Indoors • At the pro’s location • My home, venue, etc.

Absolutely LOVE how our balloon arch turned out! 🎈❤️ She was absolutely FABULOUS to work with from start to finish. She was so sweet, helpful, accommodating, and genuinely went above and beyond to make everything look perfect.

She was also so budget-friendly, which I really appreciated, and she never made me feel like I was asking for too much. She was patient with all my little requests and made the whole process so easy and stress-free.

The balloon arch looked BEAUTIFUL and was honestly one of my favorite parts of the party! 😍🎈 I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for someone who is talented, sweet, reliable, and actually cares about making your vision come to life.

Thank you SO much for making our little one’s birthday setup so special! ❤️

I needed a balloon setup VERY last minute for a baby shower and Toni was so kind to even help me and at a very reasonable rate. I told her a theme, what color I needed the balloons and sent her a few pictures for inspo and Toni did a phenomenal job! She was also so responsive, professional and was able to do this setup quickly with her own team. Thank you again Toni for your help! It was perfect :)
