What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is transparent and all-inclusive. Session fees typically include planning, professional lighting, shooting time, basic retouching, and an online proofing gallery. Studio fees are built into quoted packages unless otherwise noted. A retainer is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due prior to or on the day of the session. Custom packages are available to fit your needs and budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a brief consultation to understand your vision, goals, and preferred style. Once details are confirmed, I send a booking proposal and retainer invoice to secure your session. Prior to the shoot, I provide guidance on wardrobe, posing, and preparation. After the session, you’ll receive an online proofing gallery to select your images, followed by professional editing and final delivery.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience in studio and on-location photography with a strong focus on lighting, composition, and posing. I continuously refine my skills through professional practice, ongoing education, and industry resources to ensure high-quality, polished results for every client.
