After spending hundreds on emergency pestcontrol and paying a monthly fee, this team was the only one to help stop my problem and currently identify the site of the issue. Haven’t had an issue since. I was able to pay same day and get all the work done.

During the inspection, I received a good breakdown of the environment surrounding my home that yielded the insect infestations. They promptly worked to treat the affected areas.
The ENTIRE EXPERIENCE was top tiered from the very beginning. When John ( the owner ) 1st came by to do the initial inspection the way he was able to explain what he found made all the difference. He was able to differentiate the current treatment we were receiving bs the solution he was able to offer.
After an hour he was able to formulate a game plan and strategy on what would eradicate the issue and laid out the cost associated. The pricing although high end it was worth it. Keifer who represented Home Shield Solutions with the owner in the return visit provided excellent customer service and was able to explain the scope of work and did a bang up job in terms of the work itself and the cleanup. I WILL be definitely recommending Home Shield Solutions in the future.

They responded very quickly, set up a time to come out, arrived on time, and took care of an underground wasp nest I'd been having a ton of problems getting rid of. Stayed and confirmed the queen coming out. It took another couple days for the full nest to die off but we no longer have any coming out. Would recommend!
