He was polite and respectful upon meeting me. He placed booties on when he came in the house. He explained once again what he was doing, asked me questions and did a very thorough job. He took pictures of his work and left the job cleaner than when he arrived. The office was easy to talk to and when the service was done, I was sent an email with the invoice and pictures of work completed.I would recommend this company to anyone who needs hvac work done. They will always have my business. Thank you you SPECS for giving my family the peace of mind we were looking for and giving us comfort back in our home!!"See more
