Silpa T. says, "Our tenant called to complain there is no hot air. New townhome, parts warranty still there. 1. Called a reference HVAC guy, irregular response and lies about when he can go to check the issue. Wasted 3 days 2. Found Home Depot related service called ARS, initially very professional, text messages, calls about scheduled visit etc., nobody showed up, had to reschedule, wasted 5 days, finally someone showed up, said some part is broken, gave verbal estimate of 1600$, took 110$ for diagnosis, we decided we will go with the fix, called to schedule, no response, no appointment, no diagnosis report to email. Always said when we called that they will escalate our issue. Wasted 4 days. 3.Found SPECS Heating and cooling on thumbtack again, next day appointment, showed up, found a loose connection, fixed it, took 80$. All done. I write this with a great deal of thankfulness. As a long distance owner I do not know who exactly showed up but immense thank yous."See more

In-depth inspection was really helpful to understand current issues and options - definitely worth it. Options explained very clearly. Very reasonable pricing. I was in a bind and JDL was able to complete removal of old system, install of new system and clean up in less than two days following inspection. Excellent and timely communication throughout from responding to my initial inquiry all the way through the point of letting me know when the final county inspection was complete.
