Firstly i always listen to what the problem is from my customer and I treat every customer with respect and professionalism. Then I give several options of solution to the problem working with my customers budget at all times.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering,several certifications on safety as a professional(OSHA) and I also smashed all LiftMaster professional course trainings. To crown it professionally in this industry, am presently on the waiting list to write the Institute of doors dealers education and accreditation’s exam(IDEA) for Certified door systems technian which is actually the very peak of this line of work.
