I had a great experience working with this contractor! Not only did they have excellent communication skills, but they also went above and beyond to ensure that I understood everything that was happening with my home improvement project. They were reasonably priced and even did some extra work without charging me more. I highly recommend this contractor to anyone looking for quality work and a great customer service experience.

Semper Pro Builders handled a number of electrical projects in one day. We purchased our home about a year ago and had a number of fans that needed swapped with new ones, porch and balcony lights needed replaced, as well as a number of other fixtures throughout our home. The biggest challenge was a fan in our 9-foot entryway that we wanted swapped with a chandelier. Semper travelled about 2 hours to tackle the work and everything was completed in a matter of hours. He even took the time to check-in and offer suggestions throughout the day to improve the outcome. He took care of even the smallest details and cleaned up before he left. The price was fair, and I'm so glad we went with them! We love how everything looks and we had no issues. We will be contacting them again soon for my she-shed project.

It was a pleasure to work with Mr.Pompey. I really appreciated the pride he put into his work and the simply fact of actually getting the job done when he said it would be. Unfortunately now a days there aren’t many contractors that still put pride into there craftsmanship. It’s a rare find to get a contractor who is more worried about there craftsmanship then just getting paid. Even to find a contractor who actually finishes a job on the day they say they are. So for these small reasons I really appreciated having him work for me and will definitely recommend him to others.
