I really appreciated Troy reaching out so quickly after my request. I also appreciated how he handled my request, he asked a lot of questions about my washing machine to help determine what the problem could be before showing up. He communicated with me every step of the way including stopping by the parts store before his arrival. He was very familiar with my Samsung machine, the issue was exactly what he suspected, and he repaired it in a timely manner. Troy offered information about my machine that I was in aware of which was helpful. The price and labor was reasonable and I will definitely be using his services for any future appliance issues.

Troy of N&N responded immediately to my request for an estimate to fix my dryer. The estimate was extremely reasonable so I accepted. He showed up 30 minutes later, explained everything, and fixed the dryer. He was personable, patient and professional. I’d definitely use N&N again.
