Interior Painting: Flat Rate For Walls ONLY, $1.35 Per SQFT Up to 2000Sqft 2000Sqft and Above $1.75 Per SQFT. ADD-ONS: Ceilings $0.20/sqft Trim $0.20/sqft Stairs $0.20/sqft Moving Options: 2 Hour Minimum Booking. Just Need Movers? 2 Movers $74/hr 3 Movers $114/hr 4 Movers $154/hr OPTION 1: (Studio or 1 bedroom Apt.) 2 movers & 15' Truck: Price will be $300 for first 2 hours and $74 each additional hour. This option is the company minimum service charge for truck use. OPTION 2: ( 2-3 bedrooms) 2 movers & 20' Truck: Price will be $400 for first 3 hours and $74 each additional hour. OPTION 3: (4+ Bedrooms.) 2-4 movers & 26' Truck: Price will be $525 for first 3 hours and each additional hour $125. Furniture Moving Options: OPTION 1: (1 Bed Room 3pc Max) 2 movers & 10' Truck Price will be $250 for first 2 hours and each additional hour $70. This option is the company minimum service charge. (I.e Chairs, small love seat, coffee table, TVs,) OPTION 2: (2 bedroom 7pc Max) 2 movers & 15'-17’ Truck: Price will be $340 for first 2 hours and each additional hour $70. (I.e Small or sectional sofa, 1-2 Mattress, 1-3 night stands, 1-2 Dresser, 1-2 TV stands) We accept smaller projects for a custom price, please schedule a standard furniture move and add your details. All option's include: 2-3 hour of Labor. Moving Blankets and Furniture Wrapping upon request. Also the movers will bring basic tool kit for furniture assembly and disassembly. NO HIDDEN FEES!
