- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price of custom cakes depends on the number of servings and the complexity of the design. For cupcakes and other custom desserts, prices typically begin at approximately $42 per dozen.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I introduce myself, inquire about how the client learned about us, discuss their request, and invite them to share their vision for their custom cake or dessert. Following that, I ask additional detailed questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to my personal research and trial and errors, I have taken classes with well-known industry professionals in person and virtually.
