I needed my office at Bowie State University organized, as it was unorganized, messy, and a lot of work. I selected Twenty-Seventh and Penn; it was the best decision I could have made. Candace and her team arrived before me and got started immediately, organizing my office. They managed to complete everything in one day. Candace is absolutely incredible! I truly appreciate her help so much. She was able to quickly and efficiently help me reorganize my kitchen. She made everything more accessible in very judgement free environment. She extremely professional, but made me feel at ease with her jokes and quick wit. I hired 27th & Penn to help me move out from my divorce. My ex was basically a hoarder and she came into an extreme circumstance but she didn't flinch. She had my belongings sorted out within a day. There were piles taller than her and she went through them like they were nothing. She would just hand me containers and tell me where to take them. She found things I had assumed were lost forever. It didn't stop there I went ahead and extended her job to helping me set up my place. I had an obscene amount of kitchen items and she came in and streamlined it in a way that has been easy for me to maintain. I only wish I had before and after photos of my exes place. Utilizing her services was one of the best decisions that I could have made. Her professionalism and help during that time was unparalleled.
