At 76yrs. of age soon to be 77 on the 23th of Oct. Ms. Ebby has now made it a lifestyle for me, all of the workouts she had me do hit all the areas needed for the new me. I’m very grateful for meeting someone that really cares about others. If there were more than five stars I, definitely would’ve given her more. I finally met a trainer that is worth the cost, just know you will get your money’s worth out of Ms. EbbyWhey....OMG

My 6 week training with Ebby Whey Champ was awesome! I was working out a little bit before this training but kind of hit a plateau but thanks to Ebby’s training/meal plan I saw results both on the scale and in strength. At first the workouts were challenging but with each week I saw myself getting stronger and stronger. I loved the app and the group chat as well because it kept me motivated to finish every day. I’m so happy and thankful for my results and now see myself as a champ too. Thank you Ebby! :)
