Optimum Protection Group provided my event with exquisite service! The look was amazing and on point very suave. The customer service from the officers was great stern with a smile; they watched doors like a hawk and made sure all my guest were pleasantly protected. We hired two officers to guard the hallways of a hotel for a school field trip when we went to D.C.
Officer Pratt and Officer Simmons did a phenomenal job. They were professional, punctual and communicated with me throughout the time of service. They interacted professionally with our students. Our students, chaperones and tour staff were able to rest easily knowing the officers were watching out for us and helping make sure students stayed safe.
Jarvas and Ashley, the owners, personally came to the venue the first evening to meet us and check everything out to provide the best service. I was impressed with the level of care and attention to detail we received. We had reached out to several companies in the months leading up to the trip that never responded. Within 24 hours of reaching out to Optimum, Jarvas called and answered our need for security.
Thank you so much. We will definitely use Optimum again as we bring more groups to the D.C. area.
