Robert Cooper never showed up at the agreed time or place. He was a no show. Three weeks later he sent me an invoice. I never even met him. Our plumbing need was time sensitive, and his no-show, no communication cost us precious hours with either our house flooding, or without water entirely, while we scrambled to find another plumber.
