This is by far the best plumbing work that I have ever had done in my home. The repair was completed with expert knowledge and the care of customer satisfaction. After the completion, the area was perfectly cleaned. I thank this company for repairing the problem that other plumbers could not fix over the years. Zam was really professional. We thought that replacing two broken pipes (a big one and a small one) will take at least five hours to be done, but he finished the job very precisely and very tidy in less than two hours. He was also very responsive and listened to all my questions and concerns, and investigated every pipe in my house on my demand and free of charge. The price of repairs was reasonable, and he even considered a discount for me. He was very cooperative, and I will definitely ask him if I need any plumbing job to be done in my house in future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We usually go for a free estimate unless we need to cut the drywall. We charge $150 for cutting drywall.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will bring our own materials, parts. If you have a specific one, we can pickup for you from local stores (Home Depot, Lowe’s, etc…)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have different trainings. Drain line camera from Ridgid specialist and recently Backflow training from Master plumber.
