Michael Davis and his crew were outstanding. 10/10 and I highly recommend his services. My boyfriend and I have been sick for months and could not figure out why. When we noticed the black spots in our ceiling, we realized that it could be environmental causes. I got on thumbtack and found Mold Control Services and talked to the owner Michael. Before I even thoroughly started to explain our symptoms, he knew exactly what was wrong. He came the next day to do a free inspection. I questioned him about air quality tests and what not but he told us that there's no point in wasting our money to do one when he knows the mold is already there. When I spoke with some other local companies, they were charging about 300-400$ just to do some tests. With Michael, he came to my house to inspect the mold for free and told us what was wrong right away. He is so knowledgeable in his field. He told us exactly what type of mold he thought it was and when he cut open the dry wall, it was exactly what he said it was. He is very thorough in his work. He made sure that the air quality in my home was back to normal as well as removing the mold that was on my bathroom ceiling. He is fair on price and he makes sure that his customers are looked out for. I know that these types of services are confusing sometimes and every company does it differently but Michael does it right. If you have mold or suspect you have mold, you need to call Mold Control Services. Michael will tell you the truth, everything you need to know, and charge you a very fair price to get it removed. I highly recommend him.

No job was too small as Mike and crew happily came on time and quickly removed the mold and any evidence of it in the air duct and rooms. Mike meticulously explained the work as he progressed and advised what was only necessary to accomplish the work. Thus saving us both time and money. Would happily recommend this company.

Throwing this out there because it could help someone else and good work should be acknowledged.
In the journey that has been trying to sell our home, we discovered a problem. Apparently, our crawlspace and mechanical closet had a (gasp) mold issue.
The first guy we contacted scared us, made us pay $170 upfront for tests to perform off-site to verify we lived in a safe environment, wouldn't go in our crawlspace because "he could smell it and didn't need to inspect", gave us a back-of-the-envelope quote for a 3 day job at $15,000 or more, and warned us about cancer risks. We were mortified.
I reached out to Mike at Mold Control Services on Thumbtack just out of hope, who saw us same day between jobs within four hours of our call and put us immediately at ease. Mike hopped into our crawlspace, visually inspected the mold, identified all six species of mold on site with his eyeballs, was immediately able to verify that we lived in a perfectly safe environment with a microbe counter he brought for free, evidenced his microbiology degrees and insurance paperwork, and had a practical one-day solution with a two-year mold-free warranty at a third of the other company's price. By the time he left, we had a full quote and date set for the work. Plus, he was super cool to shoot the breeze with. The man has stories, seriously spend some time listening when he visits.
Mike and his team completed his work within one day, introduced his entire team to my wife when they first arrived so we would be comfortable, and - I have to say - his work is fantastic. My crawlspace and closet are totally different environments now, re-insulated, with barely any evidence left from the job otherwise.
Would highly recommend if anyone out there needs someone like Mike.

Mike is extremely knowledgeable. He removed all the mold from my property and even did some extra work. Because he was professional, fast and reasonably priced, I had him provide services at a commercial building as well. Again, Michael Davis and his team went above and beyond the call of duty. I could not ask for more and the best thing, his prices are so inexpensive. I got quote from a total of 3 vendors and he was by far the cheapest but the quality is excellent. Michael Davis is the mold man.
