Music has been my passion since starting lessons aged 7 and training for years in performance and theory, culminating in a BMUS Honors degree in music from Edinburgh University and a master’s degree from the Royal Academy of Music, London where I trained as both a pianist and a composer. Strong technique and musicality are my main focus when teaching piano, covering music from many genres and
periods in history. I offer a fun approach for beginners, from age 5 upwards with guidance and incentives to make practice easier at home. I also offer the opportunity to take virtual graded instrumental exams through the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music, which is based in the UK and where I am a registered teacher. Customer satisfaction is my top priority! When teaching children, I take time to listen to parents’ concerns, and involve them in the learning process. I look forward to taking this musical journey with you, and helping you play piano to your heart’s content!
