- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a special pricing option for start-up business. Option one is to hire us based on a fixed quote, say for instance a logo. We would need to confirm all specifications and scope of work before we can get you this quote. Option two is a lower price for that logo, but it is only licensed for a short period of time, like 6 months or a year. After that time is up, an invoice for renewal of that license is given and must be paid in order to renew that license. This gives the start-up time to generate revenue and build the business over that period of time. In the long run, Option 2 is more expensive, but provides better cash flow for a start-up business where cash flow counts.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Logos and branding, brochures, booklets, advertisements, posters, signage and exhibits, promotional materials, catalogs, flyers, invitations, calendars, photo manipulation and photo correction, press kits, holiday promotions, postcards, business cards and stationery, annual reports, publications, illustrations, websites and web components. We also do handle printing. If you can think it, we can do it.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The best way for us to create the right piece for you is to give us feedback. We'll ask a lot of questions before, during, and after the design takes place. We aim to give you what you need and want, even if you don't know the answer right away. We focus on keywords and impressions which lead us to the perfect solution for you. We'll give you a few options, and regroup to find out what you like and don't like, what works and doesn't work. Then we go back to rework and modify the beginning design concepts until they say just what you need them to say.
