We had a plumber come in the day of our issue. He was incredibly helpful and trustworthy. Fixed our main sewer clog and toilet flushing rate quickly. And he went above and beyond by fixing the caulking as well.

The technician arrived in a timely manner, surveyed the problem, explained the problem, and gave me an estimate of the work involved. When he finished working on the basement drain, he showed me that clog material was coming down the drain pipe from the kitchen. He then surveyed the drain there and discovered that a clean-out access had not been installed in the drain area when the house renovation was completed. I opted to have this completed so the drain from the kitchen could also be cleaned and not come down the pipe and clog the basement drain quickly again. My only disappointment is that the work is only guaranteed for one (1) month.

I didn't want to go to a big box plumber for a simple problem so I sought out a local plumber for a more personal approach. I found LB plumbing on Next Door. They responded immedaterly to my request and Lai was on site within two hours. We discussed my issue, negociated a price and completed the project to everyones satifaction. Lai did a great job and went beyond my original issue and spent the time to help clear up a few nuisance item that have plagued me for years. I highly recomment these guys.

Lal was very easy to work with and did a great job. We called for an issue with a shower, he came out and figured out the issue quickly, gave an estimate and completed the job within a couple of hours. I will most definetly keep using and recommending him.
