Lal was absolutely AMAZING! Not only did he arrive earlier than our scheduled appointment, but he was also able to diagnose in less than one hour the slow leak emanating from my shower for the past 3 years that none of the other three other plumbing companies contacted could do. I was a little hesitant utilizing a contractor from Thumbtack but LB Plumbing & Drain Cleaning, LLC will be my plumbing company from this day forward for any and all future plumbing needs. Lal arrived promptly and completed the faucet replacement in a short amount of time. In addition he determined there were slight leaks in some connections under the kitchen sink and replaced some very old plumbing parts. He explained everything as he went through the job and was very thorough. I am very satisfied with the results and will definitely recommend LB Plumbing to my friends.

Lal arrived very quickly after we booked through app (within the hour!) He quickly gave us a quote to replace the supply valves for a bathroom sink faucet and replacement of the faucet itself. Halfway through the task, we asked if he could also replace the supply valve on the toilet as well. He graciously adjusted the quote and did the additional work as well. We will definitely be reach out to Lal for our plumbing needs in the future!

On Monday morning, I realized my kitchen sink was leaking. I put a request out on Thumbtack and lie to you not, LB Plumbing called me to follow up in 2 minutes! From there, I knew I would be impressed. Lal gave a courtesy call when on his way, had all the supplies needed to complete the job, and as he was fixing my sink he found other things and fixed it at no extra cost! This was in addition to communicating throughout the project on things he did/removed/added. I will be using LB Plumbing for all my future needs and highly suggest you do too!
