Jacob came relatively on time, immediately diagnosed the issue. The main drain was clogged and feces had ended up in the bathtub…so he had to remove the whole toilet. He was done in less than hour, the cost was $500 on Saturday morning. The clog was resolved and the toilet was installed. He actually did a better job in installing the toilet back than previous folks, since initially the toilet was wobbling a little bit. So now it’s even better than before!! Super fast, super clean. I will hire him again for sure.

I had a great experience, he fixed two toilets that were constantly running and a leaking sink. He advised that one toilet should be replaced if it breaks again, which I appreciated since I would rather replace it than continually fix. He was fast and the service costs made sense.
