- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in honest, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. A diagnostic fee applies and is credited toward the repair if the customer chooses to proceed. I provide clear estimates before starting any work, offer competitive pricing, and stand behind the quality of my repairs. Customer satisfaction is always my top priority.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I listen carefully to the customer’s concerns and gather information about the appliance. I schedule a convenient appointment, perform a complete diagnostic inspection, explain the issue in simple terms, and provide an upfront estimate before any repair begins. Once approved, I complete the repair, thoroughly test the appliance, and make sure the customer is completely satisfied before leaving.

I have over 5 years of hands-on experience repairing residential appliances from all major brands. I continually stay updated on new appliance technologies, diagnostic methods, and manufacturer repair procedures to provide accurate, reliable, and long-lasting repairs.
