Nick with Home Tech Appliance was EXCELLENT! He was able to come earlier than our appointment but that was just fine. He completed the work quickly! He knew exactly what he was doing and advised he had done LOTS of dryer door boots on LG model washers. By the way he executed the job, I could DEFINITELY tell! His price was reasonable. I searched for help and booked him yesterday, he was able to get the part & fix my washer TODAY! I’m so impressed & I will DEFINITELY hire him again for any appliance needs!

Home Tech responded soon after I submitted my request for a refrigerator service call and came that same afternoon. The tech spent about an hour checking the fridge and freezer sections and took the time to steam defrost iced over coils. He was clear about the components that needed replacement and the cost of repair. I ultimately decided against repair and he took the time to replace all the pieces removed to return the refrigerator to its original state.

Woke up Sunday morning and fridge wasn’t working. Reached out to Nick with Home Tech Appliance and set an appt for Noon. Came and diagnosed the problem and was able to keep fridge working until he replaced main control board the next morning. Nick was great and I will definitely use him again for my appliance needs.
