Nick is the best! He came by diagnosed the leak and went quickly to get part and install. He even had me make sure to check 48 hours later in the back of the fridge to make sure there weren’t any issues in the event he needed to come back. I would recommend him to all of my friends! I am lucky to have e found him.

My washer stopped spinning. Nick came a day later, on a holiday (July 4th) and replaced the motor. After he left, I did two loads and it’s up and running! Thank you Nick for your speedy response and for helping us! Highly recommend.

Immediately diagnosed the issue and was able to resolve issue in about an hour. He had all the parts needed to fix our dryer as well, so seamless service call. Reasonably priced as well! He was very professional and communicated the issue and how he resolved it. Thank you!

I believe in honest, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. A diagnostic fee applies and is credited toward the repair if the customer chooses to proceed. I provide clear estimates before starting any work, offer competitive pricing, and stand behind the quality of my repairs. Customer satisfaction is always my top priority.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I listen carefully to the customer’s concerns and gather information about the appliance. I schedule a convenient appointment, perform a complete diagnostic inspection, explain the issue in simple terms, and provide an upfront estimate before any repair begins. Once approved, I complete the repair, thoroughly test the appliance, and make sure the customer is completely satisfied before leaving.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 5 years of hands-on experience repairing residential appliances from all major brands. I continually stay updated on new appliance technologies, diagnostic methods, and manufacturer repair procedures to provide accurate, reliable, and long-lasting repairs.
