FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You will never have to worry about hidden expenses as all services will be itemized in-detail before any work is completed. Pricing on upholstery varies depending size of item, type of fabric, and treatment required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A free estimate will be given before any work is performed to discuss what will be cleaned and identify any concerns. After the pre-inspection is completed and signed by the customer the areas to be cleaned will be vacuumed, pre-sprayed and spot treated, agitated with an orbital brush, and removed using Hot Water Extraction with a Heated 220 PSI Portable Carpet Extractor. After cleaning a carpet rake will be used to assist in the drying process. Drying times are typically 4-6 hours and can be longer depending upon temperature and humidity in the room. For our Encapsulation cleaning the area will vacuumed, pre-sprayed and spot treated, agitated with an orbital brush, removed using a carpet bonnet, and re-vacuumed. After cleaning a carpet rake will be used to assist in the drying process. Note: Contrary to belief dry cleaning is not actually dry, but uses very low moisture. Drying times can be anywhere from 30-60 minutes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
