Introduction: I put the same amount of love and passion in my cooking for my clients as I do cooking for my family and friends. What makes my food stand out? I use fresh ingredients from local farms, add lots of love and pair it with passion and originality! I grew up in the south and learned to cook from my grandma with having several opportunities over the years to experience new cooking techniques and cuisines! I am always open to learn something new! I have the ability to be creative by showing my clients great dishes that are cost effective and just as beautiful. Sally’s “It’s Just Good Food” catering company catered my husband’s company’s summer event. The food was fantastic! Items came already prepared with minimal setup needed. Everyone raved about how good everything looked and tasted. Sally was phenomenal with her timing and décor. Once the event ended, she took care of the entire cleanup as well. She made it easy for me and my husband to relax and enjoy the event.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    It's important that my clients understand my per person cost is not just about the food. Other costs I take into consideration are prep time, cook time, use of serving platters/bowls with utensils, disposable/china plates, glasses/cups, utensils, napkins, the event destination, my time spent during their event as well as time spent traveling to and from the event destination.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Initial phone call to discuss menu options, their needs for service, budget and set a tasting date.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I attend classes offering a new perspective on cooking, cooking techniques, current food trends and presentation.
