Help came almost instantly (within an hour of the request)! Our toilet was leaking due to a crack. The professional had everything needed to stop the leak in their truck on the first visit (shut off valve was broken). We needed a new toilet and we wanted to pick it out, which we did that evening. The same professional came back the next morning to install the toilet.

I have to say, I am thoroughly impressed and satisfied with my entire experience working with Markool HVAC, and will be recommending them to everyone I know.
My project was to replace a 30+ year old Magic-Pak heat pump system in my condo that was failing to keep temp in this heat wave with a brand new unit. Trevor, the technician who performed my estimate and measurements, was able to inform me that not only was my old unit very old, but the return air was not adequately connected to the grille in my house on the initial install, which made the unit even less effective. The staff at each stage of the project was kind and professional, and the technicians arrived and got the new unit installed and return air properly connected very quickly. Very happy with everything so far, and look forward to working with them again in the future.

Dave was extrememly thorough with his quote of a new system for us. He was on time for his appointment, friendly, knowledgeable, and took his time to explain the pros and cons of all the options he presented. I really appreciated we were given multiple options (and price ranges) on a new system. Did I mention he was on time? It seems to be an issue with many hvac people in our area to respect our time to show up when scheduled. thanks.
