Anthony was great and super responsive. He quickly completed my lawn that was massively overgrown and more work than the average yard. He made my yard look GREAT! And he cleaned up extra debris and weeds from the neighbors. Compared to other quotes I got on the same job, his prices were BEST. He was prompt, communicative and extremely informative, offering advice for future lawn care.
Enrico was fast, very communicative and offered a competitive bid. I'd absolutely hire him again, and I'd recommend him to anyone looking for junk/debris removal.
Mr. Leatherwood was professional and curteous. My yard waste and construction debris was removed less than 24 hours after posting my request at a very reasonable price.
It was a really cold day, the two gentlemen did an excellent job removing all the trash. They were very thorough, even sweeped up the remaining debris. They were very pleasant.
Walter of Hi Solutions responded to my thumbtack query with a competitive bid. On calling he asked succinct questions and reinforced the estimate and committed to a scheduled arrival to fix a pinhole leak in piping at my hot water heater. He arrived on time, was efficient and very courteous and careful to explain what he did and provided me some useful information about the piping in our home. I had previously gotten other estimates which were as much as twice the amount for this simple repair or from companies that would not commit to an estimate without visiting and charging a fee just to look at it. (as high as $85.00). Ct Walter's service gets 5 stars without any reservation or downside..
Perfect job.guillermo is very honest men come on time.educated,he know whst he doing.hight quality work.he did sod instalation, tree removal, and patio.
Cesar is great. The job was a bit larger than expected and the removal of my debris took 2 trips instead of the 1 trip we both anticipated yet he did not complain nor change the price on me. I would use him again in a heartbeat.
I had a gas fireplace installed two years ago. Another contractor did the basic frame and sheetrock around the fireplace but didn't finish the job. Jenrri met with me in person to assessed the job and give a quote for the work. Jenrri was pleasant and professional and my two Westies both liked him. If they didn't like him I wouldn't have hired him. He said the front area around the firebox would need to have the sheetrock replaced with cement board. I was glad he knew this because not having the right materials could be a fire hazard. After meeting with him. I decided to hire him and planned for him to come Feb. 16-19, 2016 to do this job. He did this job with another worker named Melby. Jenrri and I had to buy materials from the store the first day, but Melby stayed and started working. He removed the sheetrock and also cut boards for the shiplap look I wanted on the upper front and sides of the fireplace. Jenrri and Melby completed cutting and installing about half of the boards the first day. They laid tile on the hearth and around the firebox. I had picked large tiles for the hearth and small tiles to go around the firebox. The small tiles took more time to cut and install. Some of the tile around the firebox doesn't lay completely flat because of the screws for the cement board and because the framing around the firebox wasn't level. If I had to pick again I would have picked larger tiles to go around the firebox. They would have been easier to install and wouldn't have shown that the firebox wasn't completely level. After the tile and boards were installed they painted all the boards and the two walls on each side of the fireplace. Then installed the mantle and touched up the painting. They did a very nice job cleaning up when the work was done and even put furniture and a rug back in place. They also completed the job on time. I am happy with my finished fireplace. It looks beautiful. Both Jenrri and Melby work hard and do a good job. Maybe if Jenrri did the whole project instead of finishing someone else's work it would have been perfect. I would hire him again and I would recommend him to others.
I had a large pile of debris that needed to be hauled away. They came within 3 days and you would never have known I had debris in my yard. They did an awesome job, I would highly recommend their services!!
We demolished an outdoor grill that we had never used but needed help getting rid of the debris. MA Junk Removal was on time for the very reasonable estimate as well as for the appointment to remove the grill debris. The work site was spotless when they were done. Would highly recommend and use again.
Paul Langway and his team completed four jobs for us in three days- installing laminate kitchen tile, putting up a new shed door, removing and replacing rotting wood around a large window, and installing a ceiling light fixture. They were a very efficient team and paid close attention to detail, putting in long hours one day to finish the shed, even while it was dark out. The shed door especially looks amazing- better than the original, which was rotting at the bottom. Paul's flooring specialist is great. They took care of purchasing all of the materials and we refunded them at the end of the project. We felt completely comfortable having him and his team in and out of our home over the course of three days, and will be contacting him in the future for other projects.
I like that they can do many services. Ordered junk removal and cleaning- higly satisfied!
Very flexible and reasonably priced. Picked up backyard debris that needed to be removed prior to open house.
Gary did an excellent job. He arrived on time. He removed all of the items I wanted efficiently. He was friendly and professional.
Over the last 10 months of a never ending kitchen restoration, my DH and I have interacted with many contractors, vendors and repair people. Some of those experiences have been so God awful that I just wanted to go sit in the corner of a room and stare off into space from the shock. Not in this case. Our yard became a wasteland of debris and horrifying garbage after 1. storing our kitchen goods and wares outside in a tent. 2. The workers we had redoing our kitchen were constantly throwing their supplies/trash/detritus outside. 3. A rainy, mild winter resulted in many sopping wet pieces of cardboard, tarps, etc. 4. The final kicker was the last Winter snowstorm a few weeks back. Lost a lot of supplies and belongings to melting snow that turned into pure ice and than ruined things in the melt. So this was not an easy, nice or organized job to do. Basically our yard looked liked a ruined base camp after a Mount Everest collapse combined with a post apocalyptic backdrop for a Zombie movie. That was before the Junk Unlimited crew showed up today. I only give high praise once in a blue moon. It is well deserved here. Fast, super polite and very organized work. Something that could have been fraught with stress, was actually a happy experience. Very reasonable rates too. It is so nice to find total professionals who do a job well and leave people smiling when they're done. I would give 10 stars if I could.
We hired Homeland Lawn Care and Home Services (Kris Baker, owner) for a winter cleanup up of our lawn. Kris responded promplty and was very courteous and professional. The project included trimming all bushes and trees, cleaning and landscaping of all garden beds, applying fresh mulch and removal of all debris. They did a beautiful job and now our garden beds are ready for spring planting. Unfortunately we can't post any photos right now because it snowed the day after the work was completed. I highly recommend Homeland Lawn Care and Home Services.
Kelcey, Dakota and Christian did a great job removing four difficult trees in my yard. They worked quickly and tirelessly and cleaned up all the debris when they were done. I would not hesitate to sue them again when the need arises. Thanks!!
Grass looks great! I have a "difficult" yard with trees, hilly and uneven. He was negotiable with price and came out in a reasonable amount of time. I am hoping to utilize Bob's services for junk removal and snow removal as well.
John’s costs for removal of the old countertops and the installation of new granite countertops was very competitive in relation to large retail outlets and other granite professionals. However, his work quality was not any less than what I’d expect from any other professional. He was very fast in getting the job completed, very responsive in communication of status, and ensured that I ensured that I was pleased with all the details before he concluded the job. I would absolutely recommend John Keys to any of my friends or family for beautiful and quality outcome!
Marvin arrived early in the morning. He was fast and quick with the removal of the construction debris and plaster! I look forward to working with Marvin again.
They responded quickly and came on time, exactly as promised. It's hard to judge the amount of space needed in a truck for your junk, so I sent pics of the pile of trash to be removed. The estimate given was $150, but it ran higher by $50. I was still very happy to have it all hauled off.
