- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a $100.00 Project fee for every job that we take on. Once we show up it will be $60.00 per hour until the job is complete. If it takes more than a day we square up at the end of each day. Only way this changes, Is if discussed and agreed upon a set price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We call the customer and get an idea of what is going on and then we come up with a plan to move forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over ten years in the field. Nothing that I haven't seen or done.
