Michael Fitzsimmons says, "Contract signed August 26. Work started on October 6. Estimated completion four weeks. Completed on November 20. Scott (managing partner) was quick to answer request I had placed through BBB in April regarding the project we were hoping to do. He was interested, came within two days to see the work. Was good at listening. I was still interviewing other General Contractors, and didn't decide to use RAH until May 22. Took longer than I anticipated to get a quote - but always felt like RAH was trying to get the best deal with the quotes they were receiving. I purchased all light fixtures (except for 8 can lights), two sinks & 1 faucet, new glass top burner unit, all hardware for knobs and handles, and front door lock and handle system. The Electrical, Painting/Plumbing/Wall Spackling Contractors were great! Did great work and cleaned up after themselves. Our Project Manager was fantastic. He always let us know when the contractors were going to be coming and an approximate time. Very good at following up. A word of warning I would say - is go with a counter top contractor that RAH would recommend. RAH will even go with you to look. I went off on my own - trying to save some money. The company I chose had good product, but their installers were awful. Because I went on my own and contracted them - our General Contractor had no say in the outcome - and they tried anyway. RAH was great. Keep good notes on what you want and expect and make sure that the owner and project manager both have a copy. These are great people to work with.Work Included: painting all cabinets in kitchen - walls, ceiling in kitchen and dining room, enlarging island in two directions - adding 5 cabinets - prep sink- a two trash can cabinet, replaced all lazy susan parts, & glass top burner. Adding 6 rolling soft close shelves inside cabinets. Replacing new sink in main counter top. Replaced old hinges with soft close on all cabinets. 8 new can lights in kitchen, and 5 more hanging lights. Several special requests were accommodated regarding electrical and cabinets."See more

Mold Inspection and Removal

TrueBasement Solutions was started after years of working on basement waterproofing and drainage projects and seeing the same issues over and over. Homeowners were often oversold, rushed through repairs, or left with systems that failed because the work wasn’t done correctly. We started TrueBasement to do things differently. As a small team, we take the time to understand your home, explain your options clearly, and recommend only what you truly need. Our focus is on long-lasting solutions, not quick fixes or high-pressure sales. If you’re dealing with water in your basement or drainage concerns, we’re here to help you protect your home with honest guidance and quality work.See more
