- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to keep my prices more towards the low end of being competitive
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I’m kind of old school , I prefer speaking to someone on the phone or in person as opposed to texting . I feel that they get to know you a little better this way , you don’t really get to know someone through texting. I also like to meet with them and look at the project , not just quoting a price sight unseen. It tends to work better for both parties involved.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was very fortunate in that I worked for the same gentlemen for 17 years and to this day I would say without a doubt he was the most knowledgeable electrician I have ever met, everything was by the book , never cut corners and if you are going to do it do it right the first time. So with that being said, I learned most of what I know from him on the job.
