- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a 10% discount to Military, First Responders and Teachers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I've been doing this for well over a decade so I know how to ask the appropriate questions to ascertain what the customers needs are pretty quickly. Depending on the type of session they are looking for (portrait vs commercial vs real estate) will guide my conversation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied photography in college but as that was a million years ago, I've maintained my skills and knowledge of current equipment, software and even trends through courses, workshops and conferences.
