We were so fortunate to have them come and assemble a playset and gazebo at our home. They did such a great job and checked in on the placement and our overall satisfaction. We ended up having them install a trampoline at the last minute because we were so pleased.

This was honestly one of the worst Thumbtack experiences that I've ever had. First, the pros charged me more than what the automatic response was on thumbtack. I was quoted $170 for TV mounting and wall concealment. I paid for two ($340) and they charged me $420. Okay, first red flag but the price still seemed reasonable. Next, they begin the first concealment and find a metal beam in the wall. No one's fault, no one expected it to be there. But now it's responsibility to work together to figure out the next steps. They keep suggesting to leave the wire exposed, but that's not what I wanted nor paid for. I advocate for a solution, and Naqib (who is a very kind man but is not confident with his English but I understood him) is really racking his brain to make it work. Alfred (who is more of the spokesperson) is not even translating the suggestions that Naqib is suggesting. When I come up two solutions they will be happy with, Alfred says that my suggestions are not worth his time. Excuse me, how do you even say that? I can understand saying that you think the cost needs tonbe adjusted, but not worth it is so insulting to a paying customer. So I tell him that he can just take off the cost of the concealment and then he lies and says that the mounting itself is $180 and the concealment is an extra $30. They finish up and he apologizes for the mess. I told him it's fine, they can just vacuum it and then I will wipe it down. He tells me he doesnt have a vacuum and leaves this mess all over my floor and furniture. How do you know for 100% certain you are drilling into a wall and not bring even a handheld vacuum? I only use Roomba so now I've got to borrow a vacuum from a friend to clean this up. One the one TV that they did conceal. They didn't even finish the job by hiding the wires. The only reason I gave two stars was for Naqib. He's a kind person and he really should consider another business partner if they are not family. But I would not hire them again and I would not recommend to anyone.
