- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Townhouse gutter cleanings cost $85 and include 30 minutes of labor. Single Family Home gutter cleanings cost $125 and include 1 hour of labor. We schedule our service assuming this with be the cost to our customers. When the service technician arrives on the day of the schedule service, he will first do a quick evaluation of the property. If he thinks it will exceed the allotted time and affect our standard rates, he will contact the homeowner with a no-obligation estimate before any work begins.

We are always learning and growing as a company. We encourage feedback from our clients to help us regularly tweak and improve our policies and procedures.
