William called me about 15 minutes after I put in my request to clarify if it was an emergency or not and let me know he could get to it right away. We scheduled and he came and took care of re.oving and re caulking the tub in my main bathroom. He finished quickly and I mentioned a ceiling fan that I needed to be replaced and he took care of that too. Im very grateful since we hadn't originally discussed that work to be done. We spoke about some future work and we will be contacting William again for further projects.

There were some gaps forming due to the warping by the garage door which was causing an issue with stuff just crawling into our garage.
