My experience with this business was outstanding. They responded almost immediately to my message, we discussed the project and negotiated a really good/fair price, to be installed later that week (2 Ethernet cable runs). What I did not expect for the price was the amazing professionalism of the crew, who got my job done in 2 hours beyond my expectations. They found better ways to run the cables than I did/would have, terminated everything beautifully and made me patch cables, and the final result is seamless and much faster/more stable internet than I had before.
Highly recommended and would definitely go straight to them for any future similar needs.

Jim Contractors are absolutely amazing! I reached out on Thumbtack looking for someone to install security cameras on our large commercial building in Baltimore City, and they responded almost immediately. Jimmy came out to assess the project and was incredibly nice, professional, and thorough in answering all of my questions. He provided a detailed quote by the end of the day and followed up consistently throughout the process.
Once I was ready to move forward, Jimmy and his team were ready to go. They arrived on time, were extremely friendly, and completed the installation quickly and efficiently. I had concerns about exposed wiring and even asked about conduit piping—but to my surprise, no conduit was even needed because they did such a clean job! Not a single wire was visible, and the install exceeded my expectations.
I would absolutely hire Jim Contractors again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional and high-quality service.
