I first hired American Commercial Cleaning Services for a move-out clean of my townhouse that I was leaving. She showed up on time and did a fantastic job with the kitchen, bathrooms, and floors. She is also just a lovely person. I had hired another Thumbtack cleaning service for my move-in clean of my new house. I had confirmed the appointment days before and they texted to confirm my appointment the morning of the scheduled clean, which was also my closing/moving-in date, and I never got this text. So she canceled my appointment and never came. The house was filthy, so I contacted American Commercial Cleaning Services on a Friday afternoon, and they came right over and cleaned the kitchen so I could move in. I was blown away by her willingness to come out at the last minute like that and reverse that very stressful situation. I plan to use them on a monthly basis now because she did such a great job. Thank you, American Commercial Cleaning Services!!

Honest and easy to work with. Steam cleaned the carpets in our new house and performed a whole-house move-out cleaning of our old one. Both jobs were done professionally with friendly staff who cared about the quality of their work. Prices were very reasonable. We thought we would need a whole-house cleaning for the new house but the seller's realtor had the house cleaned before we got into it... American Commercial was understanding and still showed up to steam the carpets (something the prior cleaners didn't do). Would recommend wholeheartedly!

I enjoyed cleaning and organizing homes for friends and family and decided to go into business to provide new clients with the detailed cleaning I offer. I clean each and every house and business as if it were my own. I personally handle all first time cleanings for new clients. All of my employees are screened and trained to provide the level of detailed cleaning I find necessary
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Review photos of work. Ask for references. Quality work will not always be the cheapest
