Tiago showed up promptly at our agreed upon meeting time and was friendly and professional. As we walked through the job and identified some trouble spots (stains, heavy traffic areas) Tiago explained the cleaning process and let me know exactly what to expect. He then got right to work and was very careful with his equipment and how he moved around our home as we recently had some other work done and were a little concerned about walls and floors potentially being damaged. Tiago finished the job on schedule and exceeded expectations with how clean the carpet looked, especially the previously identified trouble spots. He charged a fair price and I would definitely use his services again.

So pleased with their work! My carpets in the main bedroom were riddled with dog stains and they did an amazing job! I have an older dog who has a lot of accidents and you really can’t tell now that they’ve cleaned my carpet. I had them freshen up all 5 bedrooms, and they were prompt, courteous, and very adorable for such a job well done. I will definitely rehire them when needed.
