- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We would work out a customized cleaning plan together, but a deep cleaning of a standard 4 bedroom 3 bath house would be about $150 and a regular cleaning, $100.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will speak in depth either in person or over the phone detailing your cleaning needs and budget requirements. We will then customize a personal cleaning plan for your home together. When you are satisfied with our plan we will schedule a time for the work to be completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in hotel and restaurant management along with over 10 years of experience in customer service.
