- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are based on type of work, materials & time. I offer discounts to all new customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In person meeting to get details, can provide a quote the same day depending on work. Installation projects may require more time for quote. All jobs require a deposit before any work begins, 33% for clean ups (maintenance work) 50% for larger installation jobs. The remaining balance is due at the completion of all work quoted.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10 yrs in the industry, initially working under professional companies learning most practices, sharpening my skills over the years working on my own. I have studied storm management, sustainable practices, landscape design, pollinator gardens through programs offered by UME, LCA, Greenscapes.
