FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's important to note that pricing for our photoshoots varies based on several factors. Every project is unique, and we customize our pricing based on the specific needs and requirements of each client. For example, some projects may only require five photographs, while others may need 20-30 shots. Additionally, factors such as the client's location, the duration of the shoot, and the complexity of the editing process all play a role in determining the final price. We understand that every project has its own set of considerations, and we strive to provide personalized pricing for each client. Our goal is to ensure that our clients receive high-quality photographs that meet their unique needs, without overpaying for services they don't require.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To start, I would initiate a phone call to go over the details of the images with the client. Afterward, I would send an email that confirms the date, time, and specifics of the shoot along with the invoice, contract, and payment details. Depending on the nature of the work required, I may also send a checklist or questionnaire to prepare for the shooting day. The timeline for editing may vary depending on the complexity of the project. Once the editing is completed, I would send a link to the digital album to the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a holder of a degree in photography, I have gained valuable knowledge and skills in my field. I have completed numerous portrait, headshot, and interior photography projects both during and after my college education.
