- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Buyers should know that I will take care of all administration fees for all purchases above $100.000 Essentially providing my services free of charge for them. Sellers should know that everything in Maryland is negotiable but to keep a property competitive in todays market we will list between 6% to 5% of the sales price. This also gets split 50/50 between myself and the buyers agent.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to make a list of all the Needs, Wants and Must haves for the transaction. Establish a solid communication and fill them in on all the details involved. I pride my service in that I like to have my clients in the know and avoid any surprises in this transaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold my Maryland Real Estate License I have experience in Excavation, Tree removal and Fire Alarms I also had a level 1 water treatment operators license An Associates Degree in General Studies with a strong focus on Biology and Geology.
