We are very happy about the results. Elisa responded very quick and arranged a onsite estimate in the earliest available. Very thorough check and knowledgeable about all the issues, we ended up not just have gutters with leave protection done, but also fixed the replacement and wrapped all the exposed woods for our aged house. The quote is very reasonable with the longest warranty I’ve quoted. The teams arrived very next week and performed the works focus on the details. Very smooth experience, and definitely recommend.

Elias was fantastic from the estimate until the end. He was very helpful and informative during the estimate. We had our gutters replaced, guards installed (leaf free brand), downspouts replaced to fit the new gutters, and all fascia boards replaced with PVC because we found our wood boards were rotting. The work occurred within two weeks and the crew was very efficient. We’ll definitely go to Teo construction in the future if we need any help with roofing, windows, or siding.

As a first time user of Thumbtack. Teo Construction was one of the first companies to come and give a quick quote. April, Jon and the install team were fantastic to work with. They all answered my questions professionally and made it an easy decision to hire. Teo Construction offered competitive pricing among others bidding for job and installed high quality products in a reasonable time frame. Install team showed up on time and worked through HOT temps to complete roof in 1 day.

I want to take this opportunity to praise Elias Romero and TEO Construction for a job well done. As with all of the other bids we entertained TEO Construction is certified to install a multitude of product lines. They are a licensed home improvement concern with all the appropriate insurance riders needed to protect the homeowner if an employee gets injured on the job. They are not a new concern; the team they put into the field has been working together for a long time. The dividend of this longevity is apparent in their performance. They know well how to function with independence and to provide quality assurance to the job. When on the job they don’t wait to be asked to correct a situation; they just act with dispatch. As it turned out Elias was the first to respond to our request for bids. After considering seven bids we confidently selected TEO Construction. Though their bid was very competitive, without a doubt, it was the personal touch that Elias provided that informed our choice. His entire demeanor was one of respect and cooperation. He carefully listened to our thoughts and he allowed us unlimited and unpressured time to consider our options. To help us build confidence in his team and to assist in our selection of a shingle color Elias provided a very comprehensive directory of jobs done for similar houses with up to five years of wear. The directory was very helpful as it verified the quality of work done by his team and it provided a brief glimpse into how well the product ages. At one point when we were struggling with the shingle color Elias took samples on to the roof to help us with comparisons. His desire to provide service without actually being asked is one of his strongest professional skills. We strongly recommend doing business with TEO Construction.
