Maryland Mix and Master is a mixing and mastering studio operated by producer, Myles Ari Vlachos. Myles has over 10 years of experience in producing and performing and has a degree in music industry from Drexel University. He has worked with a wide variety of talent, from beginners to signed artists. RJ Tennis Boot Camp is in Fairfax, VA, and is quite a drive from Washington, DC and Maryland. If there is no traffic, it is at least a 30-minute drive, but when is there no traffic?! I recognize people have busy lives, places they have to be and things they have to do. If you're like me, you don't want to stand around and wait for the tennis pro to decide what to do. In the short amount of time that you have available to do your tennis clinics, I want to be sure you get to hit a ton of tennis balls, play with and against, if possible, like minded athletes who all want to give their best for an hour and a half. I want the clinics to be so much fun and challenging that you and all of my clients can't wait to tell their friends about their experience. The RJ Tennis Boot Camp adult tennis clinics are different than any other adult tennis program. From introducing the brand new program with a total of seven classes just 5 years ago, the RJT program has grown to become the most popular adult tennis program in the Metro Area. The RJT drills and games are uniquely suited for seven adults where all of the players get to hit a lot of tennis balls while experiencing a challenging, stimulating, fun and exhilarating tennis experience. "The boot camp drills and live ball clinics really work," stated a client of mine in a recent e-mail. The truth is I have to say that I have never seen a program where so many adults seriously improve in such short period of time. This is clearly a nontraditional approach to learning the game of tennis. However, the bottom line is that it works. The whole format of the RJ Tennis Boot Camp has many benefits. Not only will your tennis game improve, not only will your physical agility improve, but you will get mentally stronger out there on the courts, and you may even lose some weight. Many of my clients keep me informed as to how they have been dropping weight since starting up this class. In fact, one of my clients has dropped 30 pounds. With that stated, your improvement depends completely upon you and the efforts you put into the hitting and into the agility drills. You will get back exactly what you put in. Find someone in the group who is pushing themselves and challenging themselves, when no one else seems to be looking, and get next to that person and push yourself just as hard. I know this class works. This is a class I wish I could be taking every day. The RJT clinics are group oriented. Due to the number of players in the group clinics, the clinics are not lessons. However, the RJT clients are improving. It's a different approach to learning and playing the game of tennis. You get to hit a ton of tennis balls in simulated match like drills. The RJT coaches give you coaching tips for things for you to work on. It's pure tennis enjoyment. RJ Tennis Boot Camp is so much more than just running around and hitting a couple of tennis balls. I love to teach kids who are starting out with tennis. I am available in the mornings and on weekends. The session includes games to familiarize them with a tennis ball/racket. I teach children ages five to twelve years.
Mindy leads clients through individualized training programs that are tailored to meet wellness goals. Mindy believes in an integrative approach to fitness including goal setting, nutrition counseling, personal training, and progress tracking. She combines in-person training with online support to fully support the journey of her clients. Training sessions and exercise prescription are specialized for each client. Mindy is also a yoga instructor, and clients may choose to incorporate yoga sessions with Mindy in their workout plans.
I teach students that are young, usually those from elementary school to high school. I've experienced coaches that are too harsh on their students, thus the students are pushed to the limit of giving up. I incorporate a structured lesson so that the students are enjoying tennis.

I offer professional pony ride services for all occasions, including church functions, festivals, birthday parties, camps, reunions, and brownie/girl scout/boy scout troops. We educate the children all about horse/pony care, nutrition, dental care, vaccinations, vet care, stall care, different types of tack, and grooming and provide pony rides. I have experience working with all ages and abilities. I became an accomplished tennis player thanks to great coaches, and hope to pass that on to others.
I contacted Bill to help improve my tennis fitness. Prior to working with him, I had trouble maintaining my endurance throughout a match. I found myself getting winded easily, and not being able to recover after long points. Now, I find that I can last longer during points, recover easier between points, and keep my endurance up throughout longer matches. I've also noticed more mph on serves/groundstrokes. His training is very detailed and focuses on improving various aspects of a tennis player's game. I highly recommend his training to anyone looking to improve their overall tennis fitness.
Simply put, I am a cook. I graduated from the Hotel, Culinary Arts & Tourism affiliate to AACC just last year and am currently looking for ways to make money from my skills. I am still in search of openings for a regular job as a line and prep cook but in the meantime, I would gladly accept teaching others the basics or intermediate level cooking. Noteworthy, I do not travel to or past Downtown Baltimore at the current time. I prefer local needs but will make some exceptions. I do work part-time at a non-related job, so I would need more than 2 weeks' notice if you need my help on a day that doesn't fall on Monday or Friday (the 2 days I have off from the job).
