Could not have asked for a better wallpaper installer! We had a tricky job- a wall with 2 windows, a door, a cabinet and 2 vents that we wanted our patterned wallpaper installed on. I hired Wallpaper Pachos to install a wall decal on a wall in our new office. They did an amazing job. The wall decal was quite large over 8' in length, but our installer tackled the job with great know how and professionalism. I will definitely hire them again if the need arises.

I contacted Wallpaper Pachos with hopes they could get my office wallpaper up before I had an event at my home for the weekend. They arrived exactly as we discussed on time and with everything they needed to get my office perfect. Alex was the installer and he was quick and professional. He made it look so easy after I had tried to put the paper up for several days with no luck. I would recommend them any time and will definitely give them a call for my other rooms when I am ready.

⭐️⭐️ (2 STARS, not 3) While others share remarkable stories of outstanding results, we can't say we experienced the same. Despite clearly stating this was our FIRST experience with wallpaper, instead of sending the A-Team, we received the C-Team. For all intents and purposes, sadly, it appears (not 100% sure, but it felt like) our job was subcontracted out. WALLPAPER PACHOS ensured the wallpaper installer returned to fix the issues, BUT the experience left a bad taste, especially because the installer kept insisting there was nothing wrong with his work. When the "higher ups" arrived to evaluate the job, they immediately saw the missteps even without our having to point them out. 🫤 💥💥💥It's important for contractors to listen carefully and pay even more attention when the customer is asking lots of questions (to become educated) and telling them, "We've never done this before."💥💥💥 I'm heartbroken 💔 because this project was a 62nd birthday gift to myself. 😢 Luckily, I chose to wallpaper only 1 wall, and it's not the first wall seen when entering the room. I should have waited and hired KiKou on THUMBTACK. She seems to really know her stuff and care.
