Derrek was EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL when it came to time commitment, he kept on pushing the dates out for the job and neither did he show up nor did he notify me. After repeated failures on his end (at least 4 times) I had given him another opportunity to correct the situation and gave him a heads up regarding a poor review if he couldn't keep his promise this time... Guess what, he again failed and hence the 1 star review. I had also texted him and followed up numerous times but never got any reply to those. There is a complete message thread that will support my review and prove my points, but anyways I am not here to do that, here to let my fellow Thumbtack friends know what to watch out for with this service provider through this review.
