Got a honey do list that’s not getting done? Allow me to take care of that for you. Need a dehumidifier connected, a lightbulb changed, batteries replaced in your cameras? I can do that… Need your deck refinished, rotted boards replaced, pressure washing, and or painting, I can do that too. I can replace bathroom and kitchen faucets, door locks and handles, vanities and more.
Please keep in mind I have a two hour minimum and charge more per hour for outdoor work. Thank you.

Joe was great. He took his time to assess the issue (buckling floor boards throughout the apartment), provided a best and worst case outcome, and alternative courses of action. He scheduled the job soon after, arrived on time, and methodically worked through the problem - board by board. Kept me engaged through the process. Took about two days to complete and the cost was fair and reasonable, and within the bounds of the estimated range. Issue: hybrid floor boards (Lifeproof) not installed properly (by prior unit owner) buckled at the seams in the warmth and humidity of D.C. summer. Joe had to methodically remove nails and carefully make cuts around door jambs to allow the floor to 'float' as it was designed to. Problem solved, thanks Joe!

This is the second time this year that Joe has done work for me.
