Very nice guy! He was on time and had a lot of knowledge. His estimate came in higher than we expected, but he said he was willing to work with us, which was nice. However, we were under deadline with the bank and decided to go with a different contractor who was more in-line with our budget. He was prompt and delivered the estimate in a timely fashion.

David and his team were always on time, solvers of every challenge we had and communicative throughout the process. We had several unexpected issues w our house and David set about fixing electrical and plumbing with ease. His prices are very competitive and I was very comfortable having his team around our kids. Planning to hire him again.
