Initially prompt reply to messages on Thumbtack. However, never followed up about scheduling the recurring mowing for the remainder of the 2016 season. Called Murphy's telephone number and left message requesting to schedule mowing and payment; however, my call and message were never returned. Request for lawn mowing was never fulfilled.
