Marissa was so wonderful to work with. She did my make up for my engagement shoot and for my wedding. She has a lot of experience bringing out your features and she took in to account what i wanted and what looked best on me. She has a huge attention to detail which I loved because she wanted me to look good on my big day! My favorite part of all she did were my eyes. She made my eyebrows look sharp and her eyeshadow color choices are exciting. A work of art! :) I recommend her for any big special day!

Marissa was such a wonderful makeup professional to learn from. She taught me the basic points on how to apply face foundation, eye brow shaping, eye shadows, and lipstick. She showed me shades to use best according to my skin tone and face structure. Easy to talk to and make conversation as I learned from her step by step. I honestly can say she was a great teacher and great company at the same time. I'm glad I hired her and I will for sure recommend her to anyone who wants their makeover for a special event or even to just learn on how to do your makeup on a daily look to a a nice and glamorous look!

Marissa is a true talent and is beyond professional. She did my makeup for prom. From the moment I got in contact with her, Mari was patient, caring, and full of many ideas. Meeting up with her and giving her my ideas and getting to know her a little more was beyond amazing! I do not wear a ton of makeup normally, so I was a little nervous to have my makeup professionally done. But she put just the right tone - I felt beautiful and elegant without feeling over the top. The colors she applied were very natural and brought out my best features. My eyes looked amazing. The day of, she came prepared, on time and bubbly as ever. She was so much fun! I am normally very ansty and hate sitting still for too long, but she had me laughing and entertained. She gave me all sorts of tips for helping my makeup stay fresh, longer. My makeup was flawless and lasted all night long. On a side note, a few days before prom, I had asked her if she knew of anyone in the area who might be good hairstylist. Mari gave me recommendations which shows how much she cares for her clients. Bottom line: Marissa does amazing work, and she's a load of laughs and incredibly fun to be around as well! Sheâs super talented with photography as well! I would highly recommend her! Mari thank you for the amazing experience!!

I started to watch makeup guru's on YouTube & I realized how much I enjoyed watching and practicing it. I put everything I had l learned in practice on myself first and then on other people such as friends or family. I had than discovered another talent.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently did wedding makeup on a good friend of mines. She was very satisfied especially because I was always making sure to do touch ups on her through out the whole event so she would look fabulous all the time for pictures.
